I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to Sao Bento train station. Being in a busy pedestrian area, it was great for strolling the winding streets and exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served in the beautiful room was simply lovely. The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to suggest places to visit and eat, ordering taxis, and ensuring our comfort throughout the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful area towards the back with sun loungers and seating. The location was excellent, with most major attractions and good restaurants within easy walking distances. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel was on a pedestrianized street, which was perfect for strolling the winding streets of this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and metro, making it convenient for exploring the entire city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna and steam room, which I enjoyed using. I also had a unique experience in the Roman Bath, although it's important to note that it's not as hot as a jacuzzi. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially my room on the 4th floor overlooking the pedestrian zone, was impeccable. The staff were incredibly helpful, organizing a cab for me to the airport. The breakfast served in the charming foyer area was delicious and varied.
